Dji Spark Critical status

I have a Dji Spark Drone, it didn't have an accident and it presented error 0X800000 in Dji Go 4. After researching I made the replacement of the main board, and when connecting the drone it was necessary to calibrate the gimbal through Python programming, where everything went well. However, when connecting the drone again to the application, the Firmware update was requested, and during the process it was locked and the drone was turned off, not completing the update. Then the lights of the drone were all solid red, which indicates in the manual to be a critical error. I didn't find anything that would help me solve the problem, and the drone doesn't connect anymore either in the Go 4 app or in the Dji Assistant. I need help, does anyone know how to solve?
