Suitable library for line charts

I'm currently working on a java program to track my connection quality.

I am so far that I got a .csv file with a timestamp and the data I want.

What I'm looking for now is something to visually represent the data in a line chart.

I could not find any other library than opencsv so far but for that I can't find a documentation to work with and no solution to the errors I got when trying to use code snippets blind.
