Order States by ISO in Prestashop 1.7

I'm on Prestashop 1.7.6.4, and am trying to order states by ISO Code.

Following this example, I assumed adding ORDER BY iso_code ASC' would achieve the result. But nothing seems to have changed. My states are still ordered alphabetically.

Does anyone know what I'm missing? Hope someone can help.
