How to Stream HTML5 videos with PHP (Without Killing My Server)

Hello I need stream video files with PHP. average video file size is 1GB-3GB. I know make stream function with php, but if video watching 10-25 users same time, my server is down ! Have any solution? My VPS server have 1gbps port, 16 GB RAM and unlimited bandwidth.
